Short Comic - The Diver Named Jake

Terrible title, I'm aware. This was never intended to be titled to even have a cover, but instead I did this as a practice to comics, particuarly focusing on a new style and colouring comics with a limited colour palette. This was also a really fun experiment to see if I could explore horror comics.

This is an original short story, based around one of my original characters, Jake. Jake is a character who was loosely based on the lore of The Magnus Archives, and I even wrote an accompanying statement for this piece, as well as the script for the comic. But, as I worked on this more, the character has taken on a mind and story of his own. But, I owe The Magnus Archives for a lot of my recent inspiration.

This was a uni assignment as well! Thanks so much to my supervisor for all of the help creating this comic. Every page was created in Clip Studio Paint, and even the font is of my own original design! All of my development for this project will also be put in a separate post.
